Before you submit your request, please read the following text:
My specialties include portraits, but if you want to commission something you have not seen in my portfolio, feel free to reach out! I do not draw buildings, cars, and anything related to them.
Please, be specific when you submit a request (do you want a portrait or a landscape? colored or black and white? paper or canvas? small, medium, or large? the more details and info you tell me, the better the final result will be!).
I only draw from a reference picture, which has to be a good-quality photo. I might ask you to send a different picture if the one you sent me does not work for me.
I will start working on your commission as soon as you submit your request and we agreed on the terms.
Usually, it takes a week to complete a black-and-white medium-size portrait (on paper), and up to two months for a medium-size acrylic painting - I will be more specific about the timing when you submit your request with all its details!
Please, consult my listing here. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me!
There is a 30% down payment and it should be paid as soon as you are ready, so I can start working on your piece.
The remaining 70% has to be covered before shipping.
I sell my commissions through Etsy, where you will be invited to leave a review. The type of payment can be set on your private Etsy account.
I am not responsible for shipping difficulties. Lost or damaged packages are always a possibility, but I will make sure to send you a tracking code so you can monitor your commission on its way to your home.
If a piece is damaged or bent, I cannot offer a refund but I can send you a free digital copy of it.
I offer free shipping for all my commissions, but if you want faster and/or safer shipping, feel free to contact me and be ready to cover the additional cost.
If you cancel an order, there are different options:
1) if not started yet, FULL REFUND
2) if started, 50% REFUND
3) if completed, NO REFUND
Note: I will make sure to update you as I am working on your piece, so you will be able to make final suggestions and changes before shipping.
